Wood smoked buffalo mozzarella, made with 100% buffalo milk.

Vannella delicately cold smoke their buffalo mozzarella for two hours with Australian Beechwood. No liquid smoke here. The light smokiness enhances the rich, sweet flavours of the buffalo mozzarella. 

Elevate your Caprese salad with a smoky element, serve alongside grilled seasonal vegetables or stone fruits, or on its own drizzled with a delicate extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of salt to let the cheese shine.
